The objective of this research is to understand how startups and established companies perceive the factors that are critical cooperation between them in context corporate incubation programs. We interviewed innovation managers, analysts, project leaders from three large entrepreneurs interacted with these companies. results show have different perceptions regarding insufficient dedication program cultural differences, although both considered constrain collaboration. Regarding motivation incentives autonomy, findings were some extent different.
